This page details all the conditions for using the bp44 platform. Please read the entire document carefully before creating an account.
Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bp44 platform ("Site", "Service") and all its users ("User", "You"). By using the bp44 website, registering an account, or participating in any game or betting service, you fully agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site. bp44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the Site. Users are advised to review this page regularly.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To open an account at bp44, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You are using the platform entirely of your own free will and by your own decision.
- Only one account may be held in your name.
- You are registering using your real identity — providing false information is strictly prohibited.
- You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program.
2.2 Accuracy of Account Information
The information you provide at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bp44 may request additional documents from you at any time for identity verification. bp44 reserves the right to close an account and forfeit deposited funds if false information is provided.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are requested to notify bp44 immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. The account holder is solely responsible for all activity on the account.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit at bp44 is ৳100, which applies to all payment methods. Deposits can currently be made via the following payment methods:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Rocket
- Upay
- Bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks)
Deposits will only be accepted from a payment method owned by the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on bp44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currency transactions are not currently available.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at bp44 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more applies the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus does not apply to multiple accounts from the same household or IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering conditions are met.
- bp44 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if evidence of fraud or abuse is found.
- All promotional offers have a set expiry date, and the bonus will be automatically cancelled once expired.
VIP Program & Cashback
The bp44 VIP program has four tiers. You can move up to a higher tier through regular play, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
bp44 reserves the right to change VIP tiers and associated benefits. Specific terms and conditions may apply to cashback benefits.
Prohibited Activities & Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using bp44 services:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Exploiting technical errors on the Site to gain unfair benefits.
- Harassing other users or attempting to compromise the security of the Site.
In the event of a breach of these rules, bp44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and, where applicable, take legal action.
Betting & Gaming Rules
7.1 Validity of Bets
Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. Bets accepted due to a system issue or technical error may be declared void at bp44's discretion, in which case the stake will be refunded.
7.2 Disputes Over Results
Any objection to a game or betting result must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the event. bp44's decision will be considered final.
7.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting offers the opportunity to place bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Detailed information on betting markets and odds is available in the relevant betting section. bp44 reserves the right to close any market at any time.
Privacy & Data Protection
bp44 is committed to protecting users' personal data. All transactions and personal information are secured using SSL encryption technology. Full details of how your data is collected, stored, and used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.
Your personal data is not sold or transferred to third parties, however information may be provided to authorities when required by law or for fraud investigation purposes.
Limitation of Liability
bp44 is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, bp44 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:
- Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Account security being compromised due to the user's own actions.
- Losses resulting from faults in third-party software or services.
- Where the use of the service is legally prohibited in the user's country or region.
Online gaming and betting is a risky activity. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will not adversely affect your financial situation.

Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 Closure at User's Request
You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. Any withdrawable balance will be paid to you before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by bp44
bp44 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Where it is established that registration was completed with false or incomplete information.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period.
Changes to Terms & Legal Matters
12.1 Changes to Terms
bp44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Dispute Resolution

If any part of these Terms is found to be inapplicable or invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
